Introduction to Customer Service Team

Younglimwon Soft Lab operates System Operating and Consulting Team that is considerately organized on a customer-centered basis. The team assists customers to get maximum results in using our solution.

Customer Support Department assigns specialists to each individual module and provides a variety of services including staff education, call centers, customer visiting, and advanced customer support to provide prompt and accurate service.

Also a special team is operated to provide quality control service and to improve quality of our ERP system.

Role of Customer Service team

As more and more customers choose Younglimwon Soft Lab’s solutions, we assign more staff to Customer Support Department and strengthened its functions. We will make our best efforts to provide better service for our customers.
